We’ll head over to Nashville and learn the role that spirituals played in the development of many different musical genres. Then it’s over to the Mississippi Delta to talk about Blues, its history, and its contribution to rock n’ roll. MNext stop is New Orleans for a lesson on jazz, improvisation, and the "New Orleans Sound" that would become rhythm and blues.
